vehicle:
The participating car must be in rule with the actual
law and be insured. Every driver must have a valid
driving licence and insurance paper for the participating
vehicle. Vehicles without those papers are not allowed
to participate.
Liability:
Each participant is held responsible, as well morally
as financially for all caused degradations, pollution
or injuries.
Children:
The children are under the whole one and single
responsibility for their parents, including on space
play ground, placed at the disposal by the organizer.
High way code:
The rule of the Highway code in force concerning
the maximum blood alcohol content authorized 0,8
0/00 applies in the enclosure of the demonstration
as well as the responsibilities which result from
this. The use of the mobile telephones is exclusively
authorized with a free kit but. The helmets as well
as the systems of chips allowing the communication
are forbidden in Luxembourg. Avoid driving in too
tight distances. Keep the distances from safety
and to proceed to spaced departures.
Organisation of terrain:
Maximum speed on the camping area, on the access
ramp to the terrain and in the exhibition area is
5 kmph. After midnight, it is not allowed to drive
within the camping area and please respect night
s rest after 11 pm. Cars arriving after 11 p.m.
must be parked outside the camp area. The use of
portable generators from 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. is
not allowed.
Security:
According to the gravity of the facts, any person
with the behaviour prejudicial with the safety and
the good environment of the event will be excluded
from the field and in a final way of the Gathering
and her next editions.
Open fire:
It is strictly prohibited to make a fire on the
ground or to remove grass in order to make a fire.
Open fire is only authorized in an adequate container
which has to keep a distance of minimum 30 cm of
the ground. Ashes must be removed in a container
which can be emptied in a vat on the terrain.
A police prohibition can be in force to make an
open fire according to the weather situation. The
non-observance of this instruction will result to
the immediate excluding of the meeting..
First Aid:
If you have need for help or need for a doctor to
ask for the organizer or if it nobody available
call there the 112 (Ambulance) respectively 113
(Police force).
Lavatories
Toilets as of the urinals are set out over the whole
of the ground. We kindly ask you to use these and
help us to keep them as clean as possible.
Washbasins:
They are for personal hygiene. It is strictly prohibited
to use them for the dish cleaning.
